Gloria Castellanos
Gloria Castellanos joined Mentors International in November of 1995 as the Administrative Assistant. Her outstanding contributions to the program and undeniable commitment lead to the promotion of Program Director in 2004.
A native of Guatemala City, Gloria has a bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering Management.
Since her first years with Mentors, Gloria developed a great understanding of micro-enterprise development, training, financial management and especially the needs of the poor entrepreneurs living in the mountains of Guatemala. In 1999, Gloria started the micro-finance program to augment the services provided to the indigenous people of Guatemala, which has been implemented successfully and continues to produce wonderful results to this day. Fully committed to Mentors, she enjoys watching both small and more significant changes in the lives of our clients.
