Mexico is a country with great potential, but sadly, over 52 million people are living in poverty, according to the World Bank. The COVID-19 pandemic has only exacerbated this issue, bringing demand and supply shocks to the Mexican economy, with deep impacts on companies, employment, and households. Almost 1 in 5 people in the labor force have lost their jobs, further exacerbating the poverty crisis.

However, there is hope. Mentors International has been serving communities in greatest need in Mexico since 2011.

Mentors International believes that every individual deserves the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their background or circumstances. Our organization provides personalized training on business and financial decisions, as well as vocational classes that focus on life skills, leadership, and commitment. Our Socios receive ongoing mentorship and may apply for small loans to invest in their businesses. With our support, they are able to support their families and even thrive during difficult economic times.

We understand the challenges that our clients face, and we are committed to walking alongside them every step of the way. By providing the tools and resources they need to succeed, we can help break the cycle of poverty and promote sustainable economic growth throughout Mexico.
