Franklin and his wife, Omayra, live with their son in Managua, Nicaragua. Franklin completed the Excel Intermediate and Advanced courses from Mentors International. Because of his dedication and hard work, his teachers recommended him for the advanced Microsoft Power BI course. Following these trainings, Franklin earned a promotion to the role of area supervisor at the National Institute of Information and Development in Managua, accompanied by a salary increase.
