Each journey to self-reliance begins with one-on-one mentoring. Our mentors evaluate each mentee’s circumstances, abilities, needs, and goals. Then, the mentee is guided through the appropriate business and vocational training courses based on their needs. Then if needed micro-loans are available to help boost their small business.

With mentoring, newfound confidence empowers individuals to move forward building their successful futures. Through our mentoring program, individuals learn accountability and other skills that improve their lives. These mentees go on to support and build up the communities in which they live, making the ripple effect of Mentors International even greater.
