Celestina is setting achievable goals and creating a plan to accomplish them.

Celestina is a mother with three children. She runs a “basic products” shop in the market place in Peru. Her business helps provide for her family and especially for the education of her children.

Celestina knew that her business needed to have more order and organization, for that reason she decided to start attending the business course offered by Mentors International. Her goals were to develop the habit of saving, grow her business, and learn how to keep organized records, which she was not doing.

She has only been receiving mentoring and training for about three months and already she can see how much she and her business has progressed in this short time.

She really listens and applies the lessons to her business, and into her personal life. She is setting achievable goals and creating a plan to accomplish them. She even made her own piggy bank to start her savings account. She got a binder and started organizing her business records. (pictured below)

At the suggestion of her mentor, Celestina began to organize her products and packaged some of the bulk items to streamline sales. This has helped increase her income. (pictured below)

Celestina is very happy with everything she is learning, and developing new habits that are allowing her to save a little every day and increase sales in her business.

As part of her service currency requirement, she has been helping elderly people clean their homes and backyards. (pictured below)
