Julitsa keeps busy growing her business, yet she still finds time to serve those in need.

Julitsa attended our Sales and Customer Service course at the end of 2021. The principles she learned and applied during her studies greatly improved her business. She has tripled her income and today she makes around $200 a month. She also contributes monthly to her personal savings account that she started at the beginning of her course.

Julitsa sells products and accessories for vehicles. While going through our course she diligently applied the skills she was learning. Today she listens better to her customers and makes sure she has the products that they need. Improving her customer service skills has helped her keep her current customers and in turn, they recommend her business to others.

Julitsa is continuing to receive mentoring and support from our professional mentors today. She is setting goals and working to take her business to the next level. She keeps busy managing her time, running her business, and taking care of her two-year-old daughter. In addition to all of this, she regularly volunteers with a humanitarian group called “JORDAN” from Huanchaco that provides food and clothes to the most vulnerable population living in their district.

Community members in the Huanchaco district do not have much themselves, yet they give what they can to support the JORDAN’s welfare efforts.

Julitsa thanks all of the Mentors International staff in Peru for their great love and support of the students. For preparing them with the training and skills they need to compete in the labor market. She also thanks all of the kindhearted donors who make these programs available to mothers like her.
