Marta Lidia Morales Buch and her sister Felisa Miculax Buch have grown their weaving and embroidery business and are now selling in several markets including; Chimaltenango, Solola, and Tecpan.
Marta and Feliza coordinate the work assignments and distribution of handmade traditional woven and embroidered goods such as blouses, napkins, table cloths, belts, and more. They have provided a reliable income for several other mothers in their village.
The on-going MENTORING and business training, and investing their micro-loans into purchasing additional colorful threads have developed into a stable business benefiting many families.
