There is a small road near the CICFO orphanage in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The students from the nearby Learning and Mentoring Center performed some of their hours of service by clearing the trash from the roadway.

Many students came this day to help out. This road was covered in trash and very unsafe for people to use. Not only did it benefit the orphanage making the roads safer, but it benefited the entire community. After this road was cleaned up many people have started using this road again.

Learn more about our PAY IT FORWARD model. Students pay for their education through community service. 100,784 hours of service were completed during our 2019 fiscal year.
